There has been a drop in the number of patients reported today as compared to Wednesday. Yesterday 12,194 new cases of infection were reported. At the same time, the number of infection-free patients has increased to more than 16 million.

According to data from the Union Ministry of Health, 11,649 new infections of the coronavirus have been found in the last 24 hours. In this way, the number of infected people in the country has increased to 1,09,16,589. At the same time, 100 people have lost their lives due to infection during this period, after which the number of corona dead has increased to 1,55,732. According to the data of the ministry, the number of infection-free patients in the country has increased to 1,06,21,220. In the last 24 hours, 9,489 patients have defeated the virus and have recovered and returned home after treatment. At the same time, the number of active cases of coronavirus in the country has remained below two lakh.

According to the data, the total number of active corona cases in the country is 1,39,637, which is undergoing hospital treatment. At the same time, the corona vaccine has been applied to 82,85,295 health workers.
