No single case of 'corona' recorded in last 7 days in 147 districts of India

New Delhi: The total number of infected people in the country has increased to 1,07,01,193 after 11,666 new cases of coronavirus were reported in one day in India. According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry at eight o'clock in the morning, the rate of recovery of patients in the country has increased to 96.94% after total 1,07,01,193 people have become infection-free.

In the last 24 hours, 123 people have died due to coronavirus. With these figures, the total number of people who died of corona in the country has increased to 1,53,847. The percentage of deaths from corona in the country has been 1.44. A total of 1,73,740 infected people are under treatment, which is 1.62% of the total number. The number of active cases in the country for 9 consecutive days is less than two lakhs. Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan said, '70% of Corona cases are in Maharashtra and Kerala.'

A total of 153 cases of new Corona strains or UK Corona variants have been reported in India. He said, 'Not a single case of corona has been filed in the last seven days in 147 districts of the country. Not a single case of Covid-19 has been registered in 18 districts for the last 14 days, 6 districts for the last 21 days and 21 districts for the last 28 days.'
