Vaccination figure crosses 110 crores in India, 90% got Covishield

New Delhi: India is moving fast in the battle against the Coronavirus epidemic. India has also crossed the 110 crore mark on Wednesday in the ongoing vaccination drive against corona. Recently the country has achieved the target of 100 crore immunization. According to information on the website portal designed to monitor vaccination, 74,67,68,420 first doses, while 35,56,84,210 second doses of covid vaccine have been given so far.

 

As per the information on the portal, 1,10,24,52,630 vaccine doses have been administered. Talking about the states, 7,26,353 doses of vaccine were given in Uttar Pradesh today. With this, 13,60,47,857 doses have been given in the state so far. Uttar Pradesh ranks first in terms of vaccines. Maharashtra is second, with 4,92,249 doses of the vaccine given on Wednesday. In Maharashtra, 10,06,47,446 doses of vaccine have been given so far.

West Bengal is third, with 4,50,417 doses given today. With this, 8,29,63,424 doses have been given in the State so far. According to statistics, more than 56 crore men and more than 53 crore women have been given vaccine supplements across the country so far. More than 97 crores of the total doses are of Covishield while more than 12 crores are of Covaxin.
