India stayed away from the APCTT meeting in Islamabad

New Delhi: After Bangladesh and Iran, India has also pulled out itself from the three day session Governing Council of the Asian and Pacific Center for Transfer of Technology (APCTT) that started in Islamabad on Monday .

An official said "Just hours before the meeting was due to start, the Indian delegation cancelled their trip saying that their head delegate had contracted food poisoning".

Earlier, India didn't attended the meeting of South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (Saarc) that held in Islamabad. However, countries China, Fiji, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Samoa, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam attended the meeting.
