After the price war, all the telecom companies of the country stunned the users and said that the rates of mobile service are going to increase from December 1. If you agree with the opinion of most telecom experts, after the Supreme Court's decision on AGR last month, the telecom companies had to take this step. Currently, there is a debt of about Rs 92,000 crore on the country's telecom companies, which the telecom companies have to pay to the government in the next two years. You must be wondering how the telecom companies are offering free data and calling to the users even after so many loans.

Data service is being provided to the users in India at the lowest rate. These rates are many times lower than in European and American countries. In European countries, 1GB of data costs the user $ 6.66 (about Rs. 466). In the US, 1GB of data is available for $ 12.37 (about Rs. 866). If the global average is removed, then these users have to spend $ 8.53 (about Rs 600) for 1GB of data. At the same time, Indian users have to spend just $ 0.26 (about Rs 18) for 1GB of data, which is many times less than other countries. Most Indian users have to spend just Rs 7 for 1GB of data.

After this whole case, the biggest question now is why the data rates in India are so low compared to other countries? The biggest reason for this is the 2016 Reliance Jio company. Previously, where users had to spend Rs 248 for 1GB of data, which has decreased many times since the arrival of Jio. According to the TRAI report, Reliance Jio added 100 million i.e. 10 lakh users during the trial period itself. The biggest reason for this is the free data service. Reliance Jio gave users such an addiction to free data and calling that other telecom companies had to reduce their data and call rates to stay in the market.
