The New Delhi representative addressed the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday and affirmed that Pakistan is still on its spree to fill the void with its 'empty rhetorics'. Something it really needs to get in the head is the fact that the reality of Jammu and Kashmir is an inseparable part of India.

India's attack on its deceitful neighbour was an answer to the remarks made by Pakistan on the issue of Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir (PoK). Pakistan allegedly asserted "the reference to PoK in a recent UN report on alleged rights violations should in no way be construed to create a "false sense of equivalence" with Kashmir."

Sandeep Kumar Bayyapu stated, "One delegation has yet again misused the platform to make an unwarranted reference to the Indian state of Jammu & Kashmir. J&K is an integral and inalienable part of India. No amount of empty rhetoric by Pakistan will change this reality."

India referred to the UN reports as "fallacious, tendentious and motivated" and added that it violated India's sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Meanwhile, Pakistan, attempted to use the reports to raise the Kashmir issue staged at an international forum. It said that India in no way should refer to Gigist-Baltistan and intent to create a false sense of equivalence.
