New Delhi: External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has once again slammed his neighboring countries Pakistan and China. Jaishankar said India will no longer succumb to anyone's pressure and will retaliate strongly. He said that if any action is taken from there, it will be given a befitting reply. Jaishankar said that India has done this in recent times.

Addressing an event in Chennai, Jaishankar said India's response to terrorism emanating from Pakistan and aggressive cross-border clashes with China has proved that India will no longer succumb to any pressure. He said India will do everything possible to ensure its security. Referring to the 2019 incident, Jaishankar said a much-needed message was conveyed through the Balakot air strikes carried out by the Air Force in response to the Pulwama terror attack.

Addressing the 53rd anniversary of Tamil weekly Tughlaq in Chennai, Jaishankar said, "China is trying to change the status quo by violating our borders by bringing in large-scale forces on the northern borders today. Even after Corona, our response was strong and firm. Our soldiers deployed in thousands have guarded our borders in difficult areas and they are still guarding the borders with full readiness.''
