New Delhi: India Covid updates: India has reported nearly 2,86 lakh new COVID-19 cases.
According to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, India has precisely reported 2,85,914 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours. The active caseload in the country is 22,23,018 cases, or 5.55 percent of the total. The daily positive rate is 16.16 percent, while the weekly positivity rate is 17.33 percent, according to the health bulletin.
The recovery rate is currently at 93.23 percent, with 2,99,073 recoveries in the last 24 hours and a total of 3,73,70,971 recoveries. According to the Ministry's official announcement, 72.05 crore COVID-19 tests have been done so far, with 17,69,745 tests conducted in the last 24 hours.
So far, 163.58 crore vaccine doses have been administered as part of the ongoing statewide vaccination campaign.
