India to give 20 lakh doses of corona vaccine to Brazil, vaccination will start from January 16

New Delhi: Corona vaccination is beginning in India from January 16. The corona vaccine, which is now being made in India, will be exported to other countries as well. On Wednesday, a plane from Brazil left for India, which will return to Brazil by purchasing two million doses (vial). Brazil's health minister has confirmed this.

The vaccine has been developed by AstraZeneca in association with Oxford University.  Health Minister Edwardo Pazuello said all the paperwork for inviting the vaccine has been completed. He said that on January 16, his aircraft will return to Brazil with a vaccine. After which the health regulator will allow for its emergency use. The Brazilian government is already under pressure over the slow pace of corona vaccination.

Vaccination is about to begin in Latin America's largest country, but the regulator has so far not allowed any corona vaccine for use. The dose of vaccine has started reaching the storeroom in the national capital. Delhi's Lok Nayak Jai Prakash (LNJP) hospital is in full swing to launch the vaccination drive by PM Modi across the country.
