Hamas: India has sent humanitarian aid to the Palestinians suffering from a shortage of food items and medicines due to the Israel-Hamas war. Indian Air Force's C-17 transport aircraft, which took off from Hindon airbase in Ghaziabad at 8 a.m. on Sunday, carrying about 6.5 tonnes of medical aid and 32 tonnes of disaster relief material, also reached Egypt's capital Cairo in the evening. India has already made it clear that it stands with Israel and innocent Palestinians against the terrorist organization Hamas.

External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Arindam Bagchi has said on Twitter, that India's humanitarian aid for Palestine reached Egypt. There Ambassador Ajit Gupte has given relief material to the Red Crescent. These include life-saving medicines, surgical supplies, tents, sleeping bags, tarpaulins, hygiene items, and water purification tablets, among other items. Meanwhile, 17 more trucks of relief goods from Egypt have reached Gaza. After the opening of the Rafah border on Saturday, water, food items, and medicines were also sent in 20 trucks.
