After the first Inning of India vs. New Zealand ODI match, New Zealand set a huge target of 220 runs for India in the first T20I of the three-match series at Westpac Stadium in Wellington on Wednesday. Tim Seifert is the highest scorer for the hosts with a blistering knock of 84 runs from 43 balls. The Kiwis got off to a flying start, both Munro and Seifert got the team off to a flyer as they struck a quickfire partnership of 86 runs of just 51 balls.Munro departed but Seifert marched on and he played a knock of 84 runs of 43 balls.  Kiwis reached a score of more than 60 runs in the powerplay overs. Hardik Pandya was the pick of the Indian bowlers after he managed to take two wickets in the innings. India has a difficult target in front of them and the chase will rest on the shoulders of Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan.

At start New Zealand made a decent start to their innings, scoring four runs off the first over. Seifert gets off the mark by scoring a single in the third delivery from Kumar before Munro fended away the next delivery to midwicket for one run.
