India wins the first Test match against West Indies by an innings and 272 runs

India won the first Test match against West Indies by an innings and 272 runs, on the third day. Earlier The West Indies team forced to play follow-on by Indian bowlers to start their second innings. The lefty arm chinaman Indian Kuldeep Yadav's havoc broke down and thrashed Caribbean team. At 32 runs, Ashwin got Brethet caught by Prithvi Shaw, giving the the first blow to the WI side, but after that the Chinaman started shaking a guest team in a little while and West Indies scored 138  with loss of five wickets .Out of these five wickets, four are named after Kuldeep. Although Caribbean player Powell was intended to pull the match for the third day but Kuldeep grabbed him as his fifth wicket. Kuldeep Yadav set many records in his name.

With the wicket of Powell, Kuldeep completed his five wicket haul, and after Bhubaneswar Kumar, he became the second bowler in India to join the five-wicket club in three formats.

 Kuldeep Yadav has become the fifth bowler of the world to take 5 wickets in a long formate. Before him, Tim Southey, Ajantha Mendis, Umar Gul,  Malinga, Imran Tahir, and Bhuvaneshwar Kumar have named this record.

Worth mention here Kuldeep has become the world's second youngest player to join the five-wicket club in Test format in India. Prior to them, this club includes Paul Adams. Paul had taken 5 wickets against India in Kanpur in 1996 -97.
