In the final of the Emerging Asia Cup between Sri Lanka and the Indian Women's Team, the Indian Women's Cricket Team once again recorded their stunning victory. Indian team captain Devika took four wickets. According to information received from the sources, the Indian Women Cricket Team has won the title of Emerging Asia Cup 2019.

In this match of title cricket played at Premadasa Stadium, the Indian team has won the trophy by defeating host Sri Lanka by 14 runs under Duckworth-Louis rule. As the captain of the Indian team Devika Vaidya took four wickets for 29 runs in 7 overs in his good performance. On the basis of this performance, he was selected as the best player of the match. If sources are to be believed, the Indian Women Cricket Team won the toss in the final and decided to bat first.

However, the team did not have a good start and they lost 7 wickets in 80 runs. But in the lower order, Tanushree Sarkar got the maximum 47 runs from 76 balls with the help of four fours. Simran Bahadur also contributed 34 runs in 51 balls with the help of 3 fours and a six. Apart from this, Southern scored 18 runs off 16 balls. Thanks to lower-order contributions, the team scored 175 runs for 9 wickets in the  50 overs.
