According to the Indiabulls Real Estate said it has increased Rs 30 crore during matter of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis.
Meanwhile,in June the Mumbai-based company had introduced that it is suggests to hike up to Rs 200 crore amid issue of NCDs on private placement basis.
It further added, “Company has allotted NCDs aggregating Rs 30 crore. The coupon rate for the NCDs is 10 %”
Indiabulls Real Estate is raising 11 projects with a total profitable area of 30.51 million sq ft.
It has presence in key metros of Mumbai, NCR and Chennai. It has also entered London property market.
