Indian Air Force aircraft crashes in Jammu and Kashmir’s Budgam district

Srinagar: A day after the Indian Air force strike in Pakistan,  An IAF aircraft crashed at a village in Jammu and Kashmir’s Budgam district on Wednesday morning. As per the reprots, The aircraft came crashing down due to a technical fault in Garendkanal village. More information is awaited.

Officials told to PTI that the fate of pilot was not known so far.

The crash happened a day after Indian security forces Indian warplanes struck a JeM training camp in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province around 80 kilometres from the Line of Control and killed a large number of terrorists. The strike came 12 days after Jaish-e-Mohammed carried out a suicide bombing that killed 40 Indian soliders in Jammu and Kashmir.

Hours after the air strike, Indian security forces have killed two terrorists with links to Jaish-e-Mohammed in an encounter in Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian district.

Meanwhile, official told to Pakistani jets violated the Indian airspace as it entered border areas of Nowshera sector in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district.
