Washington: Pakistan has to bow before India once again. The Pakistani government today provided consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav, imprisoned in the jail there. After India approved this proposal of Pakistan on Monday, Indian Deputy High Commissioner Gaurav Ahluwalia had arrived to meet Jadhav. Gaurav Ahluwalia and Kulbhushan Jadhav met for about two and a half hours.

According to sources, information has been given that the meeting between the two has ended. Pakistan arranged their meeting at an unknown place.  Pakistani officials were also present during this meeting. This time there was talk of giving consular access without any condition from Pakistan. It is noteworthy that India had been wanting to take consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav for almost 3 years.

Sources have said that we hope that Pakistan will provide a proper environment during consular access, so that the meeting is good and effective, as ordered by the International Court of Justice (ICJ). Pakistan had earlier imposed certain conditions for granting consular access, which was rejected by India. This time too, the Government of Pakistan has said to give a time of two hours.
