New Delhi: US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo discussed the phone with Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar. According to the US State Department, bilateral relations and multilateral cooperation were discussed in this conversation between the foreign ministers of the two countries. According to the US State Department, the two leaders agreed to hold ministerial talks by the end of this year. Two ministers of both countries will be involved in this ministerial dialogue.

On behalf of the US State Department, it has been told that the two leaders were also discussed to support the peace process in Afghanistan and other international issues as well as many issues related to the global epidemic Coronavirus war and recently destabilizing the region. Mike Pompeo and S. Jaishankar emphasized the strength of the Indo-Pacific region as well as the relationship between India and America for peace, prosperity and security around the world. Foreign ministers of both countries also agreed to maintain mutual cooperation on regional and international issues.

Former US National Security Advisor (NSA) HR McMaster discussed with Afghanistan's acting foreign minister Hanif Atmar. During this time both Pakistani terror organizations like Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed were also in talks with Al Qaeda, IS and other terrorist organizations in the area. The acting Foreign Minister of Afghanistan told McMaster that peace without human rights is of no use.
