After a daring rescue mission, the Indian Navy is set to bring nine pirates to India to face legal consequences. This comes just a day after successfully saving 23 Pakistani crew members from an Iranian fishing vessel overtaken by pirates.

Expressing their gratitude towards the Indian Navy, the rescued Pakistani crew from the Al-Kambar fishing vessel cheered with 'India Zindabad' slogans. They thanked the Navy's specialist team for shielding them from the armed pirates. Following their rescue, the crew underwent thorough medical examinations before resuming their fishing duties.

The swift action of the Indian Navy not only saved lives but also prevented a potential crisis at sea. With the pirates in custody, they will be prosecuted under the Maritime Anti-Piracy Act of 2022 upon their arrival in India.

The successful operation underscores the importance of maritime security in the region. The Indian Navy's dedication to combating piracy ensures the safety of seafarers and maintains stability in the waters.
