Indian Railways creates history, 100 percent trains reach destination 'On Time'

New Delhi: Indian trains are often late and this has become a common practice for those traveling. For the first time, Indian Railways has created history. Due to the duration and late trains, Indian Railways often comes under the purview of questions. But for the first time, on 1 July 2020, 100% of the trains of the Indian Railways ran from their scheduled time and the rail reached its destination on time. This is the first time in history when 100% of the trains ran and arrived on time.

Earlier, on 23 June, a record of 99.54% was recorded, in fact, only one train could not reach its destination on that day. On July 1, around 201 trains were run which reached stations at all scheduled time. After this achievement, the Chairman of the Railway Board has said that in the future, Indian Railways will run trains at a speed of 160 kmph. Under which work is going on on all projects. Railway tracks, signals, coaches are all being upgraded. Indian Railways is constantly improving itself.

Private trains are also being run under IRCTC. Under this, the Tejas train is being operated and compensation is also being given to the passengers traveling by train due to the delay of the train.
