New Delhi: Indian Railway's Rail Coach Factory (RCF Kapurthala) located at Kapurthala has achieved a big place. RCF Kapurthala has produced 151 LHB coaches in July 2020. This is almost three times the same period of last year. This is now the highest production of this coach factory. This is the largest production ever done in a month since the production of LHB Coach started in 2002. The Railway Ministry has given information about this by tweeting.

LHB coaches are 1.5 meters longer than traditional coaches. This increases passenger carrying capacity. In the event of an accident, LHB coaches suffer less damage than traditional coaches. Their self-life is also longer than traditional coaches. These coaches have large windows, comfortable seats, bio-toilets, and more luggage space, which will make the journey more enjoyable.

LHB is a Germany technology. LHB coaches are used in high-speed trains. They have the ability to run at a speed of 160 to 180 kmph. The LHB coach has an anti-telescopic system, due to which its coaches are not easily derailed. On the other hand, its bins are made of stallness steel and aluminum. The LHB coach has a disc brake system, which can halt the train quickly.
