Gulab storm increasing threat, Railways cancelled many trains

The Indian Meteorological Department has reported that Cyclone Gulab is likely to hit the coastal areas of southern Odisha and north Andhra Pradesh on Sunday evening. Meanwhile, the intensity of the storm has increased and an orange alert has been sounded updating with a yellow alert. In view of the storm, Railways has cancelled, diverted and rescheduled, regulated and closed for a few days.

2- 02845 Bhubaneswar-Yeshwantpur Khas from Bhubaneswar on 26th September
3- 08969 Bhubaneswar-Visakhapatnam Khas from Bhubaneswar on 26th September
4- 08570 Visakhapatnam-Bhubaneswar Khas from Visakhapatnam on 26th September
5- 07015 Bhubaneswar-Secunderabad Vishakha Khas from Bhubaneswar on 26th September
6- 02071 Bhubaneswar-Tirupati Khas from Bhubaneswar on 26th September
7- 08417 Puri-Gunupur Khas from Puri on 26th September
8- 02859 Puri-Chennai Central Khas from Puri on September 26
9- 08521 Gunupur-Visakhapatnam Khas from Gunupur on 26th September
10- 08522 Visakhapatnam-Gunupur Khas from Visakhapatnam on 26th September

These trains have been diverted:-

2- 02873 Howrah-Yeshwantpur Special
3- 08047 Howrah-Vasco de Agama Special from Howrah
4- 02821 Howrah-Chennai Special from Howrah
5- 02250 New Tinsukia-Bangalore Special from New Tinsukia
6- 02253 Yeshwantpur-Bhagalpur Special
