Indian Railways is in discussion with the governments of Maharashtra and West Bengal for this.

According to the information, the Railways will release new guidelines for festive special trains. After this, it will get approval from the Ministry of Home Affairs. Indian Railways has prepared a plan to run 100 new special trains under Unlock-4.0. The railway is churning with the states to run 100 new trains under Unlock-4.0. For this also, permission has to be obtained from the Ministry of Home Affairs. After which special trains will be run.
