New Delhi: IRCTC's third private train will run between Indore and Varanasi. Railway Board President Vinod Kumar Yadav has given information in this regard. The coaches of this train running at night will be like Humsafar Express. In the last few months, IRCTC has started operating private trains on two routes. The Chairman of the Railway Board has expressed the hope that private companies will come forward to run trains.

It is noteworthy that private trains are already running on two routes - Delhi-Lucknow and Ahmedabad-Mumbai. Yadav has said that the third private train will run on the Indore-Varanasi route. Officials have said that this train will run 3 days in a week. It will run for 2 days via Lucknow and one day via Allahabad. This will be the first train of this type operated by IRCTC, which will not have a chair car but a sleeper coach. It is expected to start around February 20.
