New Delhi: Both the institutes that carry out genome sequencing of the coronavirus claim that an assessment of the behavior of corona in India will be released by collecting 300 samples in three to four weeks. Director of Hyderabad's Center of Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB), Dr. Rakesh Mishra has said that through genome sequencing, it will help in understanding the important things like development, changing patterns, place of birth, dangerous forms of the virus.

Delhi Institute of Genomics and Integrated Biology is collaborating with CCMB in this work. It will be able to understand how the virus will grow in the future and then its structure and effect. Samples of the virus from infected patients are being sent to the sequencing centers for research. The National Institute of Virology (NIV) of Pune has also been asked to deliver samples. NIV was successful in isolating the coronavirus strain.

It is being told that after isolating its strain, it will help a lot to prepare the vaccine for coronavirus. According to Dr. Rokesh Mishra, at least 300 samples are required to get accurate results. He estimated that in the next four weeks, so many samples will be collected. After this, based on these samples, much information can be found about the behavior of the virus infecting people in India.
