The Indian Scout Sixty, which is the litre-capacity motorcycle, now gets a new Star Silver or Thunder Black colour option. The Indian Scout Sixty is the most affordable product in the portfolio of Indian Motorcycles, for buyers in the western city of the country to choose from.
The 999-cc cruiser is currently available in shades of red, black and white. Augmenting the existing palette, Indian have launched a Star Silver/Thunder Black colour with gold piping on the fuel tank. This addition to visual appeal is most probably the reward of investing in a new paint facility in Spearfish, South Dakota. Indian claim that this investment will also enable them to provide customers with a variety of colours and exquisite finishes.
The liquid-cooled V-Twin closed loop fuel injected engine helps to pump out a maximum of 78 hp and a massive 88.8 Nm of peak torque delivered at 5,800 rpm. It is mated to a five-speed gearbox. The Scout Sixty rides on 16-inch wheels and has 120 mm telescopic front fork suspension with 76 mm dual shock setup at the rear. It measures 2,311 mm in length, 1,207 mm in height, 880 mm in width and has a ground clearance of 135 mm with 1,562 mm wheelbase.
