Ludhiana: The family of international wrestler Dalip Singh Rana alias The Great Khali has been in a state of mourning. In fact, under the recent information received, his mother, Tandi Devi, passed away. She was reportedly admitted to a hospital in Ludhiana for a long time and was undergoing treatment here. Tandi Devi had been ill for quite some time now and her death has now sent shock waves into Sirmaur. Her body is said to reach village Nainidhar and will be cremated here today i.e. Monday.

Khali's mother Tandi Devi had been in poor health for the past few days. Due to this, he was admitted to Dayanand Medical College and Hospital in Ludhiana on June 14. He had been undergoing treatment here for the past 15 days and his corona report was also negative. Khali himself had rushed her to DMC Hospital after Tandi Devi's condition deteriorated. Khali stayed here in the hospital during the mother's treatment.

On the other hand, Khali's elder brother Mangal Rana has confirmed the death of his mother. Giving details, he said, "The mother will be cremated on Monday." On the other hand, the PRO of DMC Hospital informed about the demise of Khali's mother. In fact, he explained that his mother died of multiple organ failure. Let us also tell you that The Great Khali is a professional wrestler who has worked in Hollywood and Bollywood films. Not only that but he was the runner-up of the fourth season of Bigg Boss. He has sometimes dusted wrestlers like Undertaker and Big Show. Khali has been an officer of punjab state police before starting his professional wrestling career. Khali is India's only world heavyweight champion.
