New Delhi: Team India created history at The Oval Ground in England on Monday. Virat Brigade beat England by 157 runs in the fourth match of the Test series to win here after a long gap of 50 years. PM Narendra Modi tweeted his congratulations on India's victory. PM Modi tweeted, "Great day on the vaccination front and on the cricket pitch (again). Win #TeamIndia as usual! #SabkoVaccineMuftVaccine.''

In fact, the country has once again set a record in the case of corona vaccination. On Monday, 11 million more vaccine doses were administered in the country. More than one crore doses have been given thrice in the last 11 days. In this regard, PM Modi called it a great day for vaccination and cricket. In the match played at the Oval, The Indian team set England a target of 368 runs. The English team was bowled out for 210. With this win, Team India has taken an unbeaten 2-1 lead in the 5-match series.

Tell you that Team India had to wait for 50 years to win the Test match at the Oval. They had earlier won a Test match at the Oval in 1971 under Ajit Wadekar. Team India had been playing without its head coach Ravi Shastri since day three in the match.
