Bhopal: An Indigo plane going from Bangalore to Delhi had to make an emergency landing in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh, late on Tuesday. In fact, the health of a passenger aboard the aircraft suddenly deteriorated. After unloading the passenger in Bhopal, the aircraft was sanitized and then left for Delhi. According to the information, the flight number of the IndiGo airline left Bangalore from Bangalore for 6-2017.

The aircraft was passing through the Bhopal air traffic area, at the same time, the health of a passenger named Bhushan Kumar aboard suddenly deteriorated and fainted. The aircraft crew immediately contacted the Air Traffic Control Room at Raja Bhoj Airport in Bhopal and informed about the entire matter. Bhopal ATC arranged for emergency landing of the aircraft and ambulances were also kept ready. The emergency landing of the aircraft was made at Raja Bhoj Airport around 9:15 pm.

Passenger Bhushan Kumar was airlifted. His wife and daughter were also travelling with the passenger, they also postponed the trip. The passenger was immediately airlifted to a private hospital in the capital.
