There is good news for those wishing to reach their destination by air travel between lockdown and corona transition. Indigo, Vistara and GoAir airlines have started booking tickets for domestic air travel from June 1, 2020. The central government had announced to start operating domestic flights from May 25 and on Thursday, the Airport Authority of India (AAI) has issued Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). This SOP will be followed by airports, so as to ensure adherence to the physical distance law.

The ticket booking facility is available on the website of these three airlines, Indigo, Vistara and GoAir, from June 1. According to Indigo's website, there are several flights available from Delhi to Mumbai on June 1, including 4:45, 5:35, 6:40, 8:30, 9:20 and 9:45 am. Similarly, on the website of Vistara and GoAir airline, the list of flights to different cities is available from June 1. Customers can book their tickets here.

All the airports and airlines have to follow the SOP issued by the Airport Authority of India. According to the rules, the passenger has to arrive at the airport two hours before the departure time. Apart from this, passengers departing within the next four hours will only be allowed to enter the terminal building.
