India corona update: 2021's highest active cases 43,000 reported in last 24 hrs

New Delhi: The rise back in corona cases is scaring every day. On Sunday, 43,846 cases of Corona have been registered in the last 24 hours. This is the largest daily figure of 2021. With this, active cases in the country have crossed the figure of 3 lakh. With 197 deaths in the last 10 days, the death toll has risen to 159,755. With 22,956 people recovering in the last 24 hours, the country's recovery rate has gone up to 96.12%. So far, a total of 11,130,288 people have been cured across the country.

In view of the growing threat of coronavirus in the country, the central government has ordered 12 crore doses of corona vaccine. The government has ordered a dose to serum Institute of India (SII) and Bharat Biotech. The government's decision has come at a time when the coronavirus in the country is once again catching up. Officials and experts have warned that it could be a new wave of viruses, which are being seen in many states of the country.

Out of 10.2 crore doses, 1 crore dose will be of covishield, which will be made by SII. The rest of India will be from covaxin coming by biotech. These two vaccines have been allowed for use among the people in India so far.
