NEW DELHI: Anand Dubey, CEO of homegrown Indkal Technologies, said on Friday that the company will concentrate on releasing more premium models in the upcoming months with great specifications and exceptional features as the smart television market in India experiences massive churning due to the affordable top-end TVs that are now flooding the market.

To ensure that there is an Acer television for all market sectors and client types, Indkal Technologies, the official licensee of Acer Home Entertainment business in India, concentrated on increasing the TV range in 2022. "India's market for smart televisions has experienced phenomenal growth, thanks in large part to the country's quick embrace of smart home technology. As a result, the market for smart televisions made a lot of sense for the Acer brand, which is a pioneer in computers and smart products "said Dubey in press briefing.

"We are also going to introduce some innovative big-screen televisions to the market, which will be created with premium display and interactive capabilities and be design-led. This has helped the business experience amazing development and product acceptance, and it has established a standard for customer happiness in this industry.
The H and S-Series, a new range of Acer televisions' Android TV 11-based televisions, have gone on sale on Amazon in India. There are three sizes of the H-Series Android 11 Smart LED TV: 43 inches, 50 inches, and 55 inches.

The 43-inch TV, which normally costs Rs 29,999, will be discounted to Rs 25,999 during the holiday week. According to the company, the 55-inch model costs Rs 33,999 and the 50-inch model costs Rs 28,999 with incentives. During the sale, the S Series is offered in two sizes: 32-inch HD and 65-inch UHD, with a starting price of Rs 12,999.

Acer televisions are currently offered in 3,500 stores in more than 50 cities, in addition to significant e-commerce sites and platforms, said Dubey.  "To support this rapid development, we have established a very robust and significant after-sales infrastructure that supports more than 18,000 pin codes," he said.

The business anticipates a very large sell-out and is observing a good holiday season developing. "This year, we have observed numerous times that demand during these peak selling times has been so high that we have been stocked in a variety of models. Considering the velocity of sales and consumer response, we anticipate that tendency to continue during the holiday season as well "Dubey noted.
