Indore: A big news has been coming out from Indore city of Madhya Pradesh recently in which indore crime branch police has got a big breakthrough. Indore police, based on the information received from the informer, have arrested 7 criminals of a big sicklegger gang and seized illegal weapons from their possession.

In fact, the crime branch Indore team has arrested the criminals who smuggled illegal fire arms including Rajasthan, Maharashtra, including the main accused, and recovered 39 illegal fire arms, 32 bore and one numberless bike with 9 mm live cartridges from their possession, all of which are said to be worth Rs 6 lakh.

Let us tell you that the crime branch team received a tip-off from the informer that a sicklegger and another person wearing a safari suit in Rau by Pass Road Indore were about to smuggle illegal fire arms. Acting on the information of the informer, the Crime Branch team nabbed the suspects from the place mentioned by the informer. They have been identified as Salim, Deepak Chauhan, Lakhan Thakur, Vishal Chauhan, Suban Qureshi, Arshad and Amit Singh Solanki. All the criminals are residents of Dhar district. Police have recovered a total of 39 illegal pistols, country-made pistols and 7 live cartridges and one unnumbered motorcycle from their possession. Among the illegal weapons, advanced 9 MM Breta pistol of state-of-the-art variety, 9 mm live cartridges and 35, 32 bore pistols, 2 kattes of 12 bore and 1 six round revolver have also been recovered. It also includes a copy of a state-of-the-art pistol made from Munger, Bihar. Six live cartridges have also been recovered from the possession of the criminals.
