Indore faces shortage of amphotericin injections to treat black fungus infection

Indore: The corona menace in Madhya Pradesh is beginning to subside but black fungus cases are on the rise. Now, at present, the cases of Black Fungus have raised concerns. In the meantime, 12,240 enfotrisin B injections have reached Indore on Friday to treat black fungus which is causing trouble for patients. As per the information received, out of the injections received by Indore today, 7,000 are being given to private hospitals and 5,000 to government hospitals.

As per the information received, 34 boxes of 12,240 Enfotrine B Injections for treatment of black fungus reached Indore airport today. Let us also tell you that these injections have been brought in by a special aircraft from Delhi at 10.15 a.m. Minister-in-charge of Indore Tulsi Silawat and Divisional Commissioner Dr. Pawan Sharma, AKVN MD Rohan Saxena arrived at the airport to receive the injection. Also inform you that these injections have been made in Himachal Pradesh, and from there they were brought to Delhi.

He has since been airlifted to Indore on the directions of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. It is said that in the next few days, the injection will reach Indore soon. This will provide a lot of relief to black fungus patients. Chief Minister Shivraj himself has tweeted about this. In his tweet, he wrote: "In Madhya Pradesh, 'Amphotericin' injection is being supplied for treatment of black fungus patients, today 12,240 injections have been supplied to Madhya Pradesh.''
