Indore: In the honeytrap case that shook the politics of Madhya Pradesh, the High Court has asked important questions, questioning the intention of the government. The High Court has asked the government that what is the compulsion that the head of the SIT constituted in the Honeytrap case is being changed again and again. The court said that the government should present the States report on October 21 along with all the note sheets and documents. The court also decided that in future all the petitions filed in this case will be heard simultaneously.

The High Court asked this question while hearing a PIL filed in this case. The petition was filed by Digvijay Singh Bhandari through senior advocate Dr Manoharlal Dalal and lawyer Lokendra Joshi. The petition has stated that the Honeytrap case is related to the public interest. Government is negligent in its investigation. The SIT was formed, but its chief is being replaced again and again.

Three changes have been made so far. In such a situation, there are apprehensions that an attempt is being made to influence its investigation report. On this, justices SC Sharma and Shailendra Shukla issued a notice to the government asking them to state on what basis and for which reasons the SIT chief is being changed.
