Speaking to a website, Sangeeta said, 'Earlier I used to pick up garbage from roads, footpaths, and streets. Was barely earning 150 rupees per day. I have been working here ever since. I am earning 400 rupees a day. We also have Provident Fund (EPF) facility and insurance for family members. ' Another employee, Radha Goyal, said, 'I used to garbage from the roads before working here. Whether it was rain, summer, or winter, we had to go out of the house to fill our stomachs. But things have become easier here. The company gives us hand gloves, face masks, and headcovers'.

At the same time, Indore Municipal Corporation Commissioner Pratibha Pal told a website that, 'The credit for this initiative goes to Swachh Bharat Urban Mission'. 700 employees are employed on the Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) model. The Gujarat-based company 'Napra' has been given the job of West Segregation. In addition, 300 people have been engaged in processing compost manure. Simultaneously, Commissioner Pratibha Pal also said that earlier they used to earn around 150 rupees per day. Now they earn 400 rupees per day. And their working hours are scheduled from 10 am to 5 pm. Their lifestyles have also improved.
