Indian Railway is going to recommence Indore-Gandhidham train from the city from February 28, while another special train Indore-Ujjain also starts from March 1.
According to an official information Train No. 09336 Indore-Gandhidham Weekly Superfast Special train will depart from the city every Sunday at 23.30 hrs & will reach Gandhidham at 14.00 hrs next day with effect from 28th February, till further orders.
Similarly, train No. 09335 Gandhidham-Indore Weekly Superfast Special will depart from Gandhidham every Monday at 18.15 hrs & will arrive to the city at 08.55 hrs the next day with effect from March 1. Train will halt at Dewas, Ujjain, Ratlam, Dahod, Godhra, Ahmedabad and Viramgam stations from both directions. Train No. 09336 will have additional halt at Nadiad station.
This train comprises of AC 2-Tier, AC 3- Tier, Sleeper Class and Second Class Seating coaches. Giving the facility to commuters, railways will reintroduce the train no. 09507 Indore-Ujjain Special train from March 1. The train will depart from the city daily at 18.00 hrs & will reach Ujjain at 20.05 Similarly, Train No. 09506 Ujjain-Indore Special will depart from Ujjain daily at 08.10 hrs & will arrive to the city at 10.40 hrs daily with effect from March 4.
The train will halts at Laxmibhai Nagar, Mangliya Gaon, Barlai, Dewas, Naranjipur, UndasaMadhawpu, Karchha and Vikramnagar stations in both directions. This train will comprise second-class seating coaches. Railway has increased the Frequency of Train No. 02944/02943 Indore-Daund Special from Tri-Weekly to six days a week. Accordingly train No 02944 Indore Daund Special will now run six days a week, i.e. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday w.e.f February 25. Train No 02943 Daund-Indore Special will now run six days a week, i.e. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday w.e.f February 26.
