Ahmedabad: Recently, the process of death of children in Kota, Jodhpur and Bikaner of Rajasthan is not yet over, that similar information is coming from Rajkot and Ahmedabad in Gujarat. So far 196 children have died in these two cities of Gujarat. In the month of December 2019, 111 have died in the Civil Hospital of Rajkot and 85 in Ahmedabad. Here the cause of death of children is being said to be malnutrition, sick from birth, premature birth, mother herself being malnourished. Where it is being told that all the children who died in Rajkot's civil hospital were newborns, the hospital's NICU does not have the facilities and capacity to save children weighing less than 2.5 kg. Manish Mehta, dean of Rajkot Civil Hospital said, 111 children died in the month of December at Rajkot Civil Hospital. At the same time, when the Chief Minister was asked about the death of children, he left from there without giving an answer.

For information, let us tell you that Superintendent of Ahmedabad Civil Hospital GS Rathore said on the death of the children, '455 newborns were admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in December. 85 of whom died. This is the state of Rajasthan, along with JK Lone Hospital in Kota, Rajasthan, Jodhpur and Bikaner are also continuing their deaths. At the same time, it has been noticed that 146 children, including 102 newborns, have died in a month. At the same time, 110 in Kota, 162 in Bikaner and 10 in Bundi have lost the battle of innocent life. Jodhpur is the home district of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. Medical college officials are describing these deaths as normal, while Chief Minister Gehlot has ignored the question of the death of children in Jodhpur.
