A shocking case has come to light from Karnataka. In fact, here in Tumakuru district, a young man has given his life inspired by the Telugu horror film 'Arundhati.' Yes and to take his life, he had tried to immolate himself by pouring 20 litres of petrol on himself, after which he suffered severe burns. However, the injured was immediately rushed to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

The youth also allegedly recorded a video in which he told his father that "he will be freed after immolating himself", a report on a well-known website reported. The incident took place in a village in Madhugiri taluk. According to reports, a 23-year-old Renuka Prasad had watched the Telugu horror film 'Arundhati' about 24 times here. On the other hand, the young man's parents said that they stopped the son from doing this several times, but he never listened to anyone. The young man had even dropped out of Class 12 midway.

If we believe sources, just as the main character of the film got freedom after self-immolation, the young man also felt that if he did the same, he would also get freedom and that is why he sprinkled 20 litres of petrol on the outskirts of the village and set himself on fire. In this case, police said that when the youth set himself on fire, some passersby spotted him. After that, the youth, who suffered burn injuries in the fire, was first taken to a nearby hospital, from where he was referred to Victoria Hospital. The young man died on Wednesday.
