Instagram is planning to have geo-stickers as that of Snapchat, now users can use these geo-stickers as they used to use it in Snap application, these stickers can be adjusted and resized, way the user wants.

Instagram said in a statement, "Since introducing stickers in December, we’ve loved seeing how you’ve used them to bring your stories to life — from hats to Valentine’s Day fun to customizable location stickers. Now, with more than a dozen new stickers each for New York City and Jakarta, you have another creative option for adding context to your everyday moments."

These stickers can be accessed while you click any pictures or shoot any video. The sticker option will be available at the top of the screen.
