New Delhi: According to sources, Maulana Saud Alam Qasmi, Dean of the Theology Department at Aligarh Muslim University, believes that there is a need to take steps to teach other religions and faiths in madrasas.

He believes it is critical for the development of mutual tolerance and affection. One of the reasons for the threat to communal unity and peace is the deterioration of our traditions. The Ganga-Jamuni civilization must be preserved. Qasmi made the remarks during a Khusro Foundation event in Delhi. On the occasion, he also released Zafar Darak Qasmi's book "India's Legal Status." Khusro Foundation is the publisher of the book.

According to Maulana Qasmi, the need of the hour is to address society's flaws and vulnerabilities as soon as possible so that they do not become a disease. He stated that singing patriotic songs is a tremendous virtue in today's world, and that we must understand that hate does not last, but love does. He went on to say that songs about the majesty and uniqueness of the Indian subcontinent have been sung throughout history, from Arabia to Persia. According to the survey, India has been eloquently mentioned in everything from religion to literature.
