Ali Fazal took to social media to share pictures from the sets as his next big ticket Hollywood movie Kandahar releases in the US today. Movie which is a major action motion picture starring Gerard Butler in the role of Ali Fazal Cahill. Kandahar, directed by Rick Roman Vogt, is Ali's first action movie and has been shot extensively in the Al Ula region of Saudi Arabia.
Ali shared the pictures saying - "Behind some greatness there is always a director who makes it all happen. Kandahar is set to release in North America today in full swing. I can't thank you both enough. Rick. and Mr. Gerard Butler for bringing me on this journey, for all your bullying on and off camera... (and so much more) and to the entire Kandahar crew on set. You guys are real heroes".
Let us tell you that it is expected that the movie will be released in India in a few weeks. Early reviews of the film also praised Ali's performance, with the LA Times calling Ali the standout in the movie. And in We Got This Covered, Ali has said that Ali is telling a convincing story of a wider conflict of generations and has presented both sides as charismatic Cahills.
