Losing weight is not a easy task as it takes lots of effort to reduce that unnecessary fat. But The latest slimming trick on the block though is the intermittent fast diet. A lot of celebrities follow this diet.  

This is not a diet in the conventional sense. It's more of an eating pattern since it doesn't really specify which foods you can eat but when you should eat it.  You can practice variations of this fast. You can fast for 16 hours or 24 hours, depending on your capacity, twice every week. Once you get used to it, you can increase it to thrice, but you should avoid going above that

The popular methods of this fast:

1. The 5:2 diet: You follow this twice a week on two non-consecutive days. During the day you consume not more than 500 calories but continue to eat regularly on the other 5 days.

2. The 16/8 diet:  This method involves restricting your food consumption to a maximum of 8 hours and fasting for 16 hours in between. So, if you have your first meal at 8 am, you cannot eat anything past 4 pm.

3.The fast: This method involves fasting for the whole 24 hours, twice a week, once or twice a week.

Try this method it can deliver you unbelivable results. It is advised people with diabetes and blood sugar problems and those who have a history with eating disorders should not follow this.
