Ayodhya: The construction of Ram Temple will start soon. The Yogi government is constructing the airport in Ayodhya. The UP government claims that with the construction of an airport in Ayodhya, the development of schools in Ayodhya, as well as the famous places around it, will start soon.

During the celebration of Deepotsav 2018, CM Yogi Adityanath announced the name of the proposed airport in Ayodhya as 'Maryada Purushottam Shriram Airport'. In November last year, Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri had told in Parliament that the AAI has received proposals related to the Ayodhya Airport from the state government. This airport is near Sultanpur Naka between NH-27 and ENCH-330. This airport will be constructed with modern techniques.

According to the Civil Aviation Department, work is being done on a war footing to give Ayodhya Airport the shape of an international airport. This runway is being developed for larger aircraft. A321 and Code-E B777.300 class aircraft will be started in the first phase. AAI has already completed the pre-feasibility study. According to this, the state government will provide about 600 acres of land for the International Airport to the Airports Authority of India.
