Tea is much- liked and nowadays becomes a choice of everyone. Especially for Indians, tea is the basic need of them. If there had not been tea, we would not have been there, after listening to the name of the tea, it seems like a time to drink it and life without tea is nothing. From winter to summer and rainy, everyone likes hot tea sips. If the fatigue is to be eradicated, to sleep, to digest food, to get rid of cold, the name of the tea comes out and all the pain is forgotten as soon as the tea is found. Along with this, another study on more than 40,000 adults found that regular tea intake keeps away from heart disease, stroke and some types of cancer. It is said that participants who had 5 or more cups of green tea per day were found to have a 16% lower risk of a heart attack. Green tea helps in reducing diabetes complications and tea can improve insulin sensitivity, prevent damage to pancreatic cells, and reduce inflammation and its benefits in diabetes.
