Today everyone is talking about International Women's Day. There are many offers as you can see are running in different stores. Sure it is a big day for women but what about men? Does something like Men's Day exists?
Yes, obviously they do!
Just the way we celebrate women's day, we also celebrate men's day on November 19 in more than 70 countries. It was created in the early nineties. International Men's Day focuses on the health of men and boys, as well as to improve gender relations and equality between the sexes. Every year has its own special theme - and this year, the theme is "positive male role models".

Every time when a child gets hurt he shouts his mom's name but when he gets into shock he shouts his father's name. Men are always depicted as someone who is strick or an angry bird but every man has a soft heart as well. Studies have proven that fathers role as a positive role model gives a powerful impact on his children. An interaction between a father and a child enhances a child’s physical well-being.  Furthermore, these children demonstrate greater ability to take initiative and evidence self-control.

So on International Men's Day, we celebrate their achievements and contribution to the society.
