Roles and Responsibilities are as under:

Work together on projects and duties as a team with other members of the Americas Legal Team.
Contribute to the process of reviewing, developing, and summarising agreements; as needed, establish SharePoint repositories.

Perform historical fund trading research, assess the holdings of funds, and complete reports for class action/bankruptcy litigation filings (Chapter 11) in the US and other Invesco offices across the world.

Aid in Collecting and revealing the assets and holdings of the portfolio management funds

Create and submit fund offering documentation supplements

Create board books, agendas, and board documents for the fund boards, and put them online.

Assist with projects, tasks, and duties relating to legal preparation.

Help the legal team out as needed.

Effectively address problems as they arise.

Daily written and spoken communication with coworkers in other countries.
