As Narsingh Yadav got clean chit from National Anti Doping Agency( NADA) to participate in Rio Olympics which start 5th of August. NADA corrective panel has cleared Yadav from accused of violating anti doping rules of NADA.
The Director General of NADA Navin Agarwal said, “the wrestler is a victim of sabotage done by a competitor and there is no fault and negligence on Narsingh Yadav's part”.
As per the Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh,who is the WFI President said, “Narsingh's Olympics ticket now depends on wrestling world body and International Olympic Council (IOC) accepting back his name in the men's 74kg freestyle category.The process to get Narsingh back in the Rio squad has been set in motion”
