Lucknow: After the violence in Uttar Pradesh, now all the videos and photos are going viral on social media. Now a video has surfaced between all of them and in this video, the policemen inside the police station are seen beating some people. Regarding this video, it is being claimed that the people who are beating the police are miscreants arrested in the violence case of the past few days. In such a situation, now there is a debate about this video of beating. Some people are in support of it, some people are opposing this issue. Now a debate broke out between senior officers of the Indian Police Service (IPS) on Twitter. In fact, sharing on Twitter a video of people being beaten up at the police station, The Director-General of Police (DGP) of Kerala, Dr N.C. Asthana wrote, "A very fascinating scene! Beautiful, beautiful! That's how the ego broke out!"'

Objecting to this, Odisha cadre IPS officer Arun Bothra wrote, "Sir, with due respect, I would like to say that violence in custody is not a matter of happiness. Beating up a person detained in a police station is not an act of bravery. It's a crime. Don't glorify illegal conduct. The courts have the authority and duty to punish the guilty, not the police. On the other hand, Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav also shared a video on Twitter on Saturday night and wrote, "You should raise questions on such custody, otherwise justice will be lost. ''

In the same tweet, he further wrote that UP is ranked number 1 in terms of custodial deaths. Akhilesh also alleged that UP is at the forefront of human rights abuses and is at the forefront of Dalit oppression. Sharing the video on the other hand, BJP MLA Shulabh Mani Tripathi wrote on Twitter, "Return gift to the rebels!! Now there are different reactions to this video and different claims are being made on social media about this video.'' The video is said to be of the police action that took place after the Kanpur and Prayagraj violence, but many people are describing the incident as from Saharanpur Kotwali. However, nothing has been clear about the video so far.
