In the action-packed season of the Legends League Cricket, former Indian all-rounder Irfan Pathan is without a doubt one of the biggest talents from the past. On Tuesday, Irfan, one of the Pathan brothers, will captain Bhilwara Kings in game nine of the Legends League Cricket. The Gujarat Giants and Pathan-led Bhilwara Kings will square off in the upcoming game of the renowned tournament in Cuttack. Pathan is a name that needs no introduction and has a sizable fan base on all social media sites.

“Every time I see Irfan Pathan in these leagues, I curse MS & his management even more...I can't believe, he played last white ball game at the age of just 29...Perfect no. 7, any team would die for..But India played Jaddu, even Binny #LegendsLeagueCricket,” said the fan in his tweet. Taking note of the tweet, Pathan responded in a touching way, and the former cricketer was praised by online users. "Don’t blame anyone. Thank you for love," Pathan responded.

Pathan, a favourite among Team India supporters, frequently engages with his Twitter followers and fans. Tuesday, Pathan stumbled across a tweet that a supporter of Team India had sent. The supporter noted in his tweet that great all-rounder Pathan played his final match for Team India before turning 30.

Pathan, one of the best all-rounders in Indian cricket, made his national team debut against Australia in 2003 at the age of just 19. At the T20 World Cup, which Sri Lanka hosted in 2012, Pathan competed in his farewell game for India. The former Indian all-rounder played in 120 One Day Internationals and 29 Test matches (ODIs). The MS Dhoni-led Team India player who won the 2007 World Cup also took part in 24 T20 International matches for the Asian powerhouse.

Regarding Pathan's domestic career, the 37-year-old played for the Gujarat Lions, Delhi Capitals, Chennai Super Kings, and Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The IPL, the biggest spectacle in domestic cricket, included 103 matches that Pathan played. In the lucrative league, the former CSK star amassed 1,139 runs and 80 wickets.
