Since the demise of Irrfan Khan, his son, Babil, always shares photos or Irrfan's anecdote in remembrance of his father. In his new post, Babil has said how he handled the situation when a huge crowd was gathering to see Irrfan Khan. Babil has shared several photos on his Instagram. He wrote, "So the story is that I was assisting the camera team of 'Karib Karib Single'. There was a road shot in Gangtok but people set up and crowded around Baba. It seemed impossible to shoot after a while. "

"Tanuja (Chandra, director) Maam handed me a guitar and told me to go 100 metres away and start making a form," said Babil. She shouted loudly 'Pack Up' to remove the crowd and then I started singing with the guitar. The crowd moved towards it. As soon as I started singing, she finished the scene in the natural light. This is the true story. Funny.' Continuing his point, Babil wrote, "All filmmakers can use it with interns. It is sad but true that most of our politics and select news, media outlets, which distribute information to our people, are controlling it," he wrote. '

According to media reports, Irrfan Khan passed away in the month of April this year. He had been battling neuroendocrine tumors for the past 2 years. Recently, his fans expressed displeasure on social media that grass and wild plants have grown on the tomb of his favourite actors. After the photos went viral, the tomb was cleaned and decorated with rose flowers. Irrfan's wife, Sutapa Sikdar, shared the picture.

So the story is: I was assisting with the camera team on QQS. There was a shot needed on a Gangtok street but the people would crowd around the set and Baba, soon after a few takes it started seeming impossible to shoot the sequence. So, Tanuja ma’am handed me a guitar and said go 100m away and start performing. She called out a loud “PACK UP!” for the crowd to hear and then I started singing with the guitar and the crowd dissipated towards this new divertissement. As I sung they quickly shot the sequence using natural light and finished the job. True story. Funny. Experience to use for all filmmakers, use your interns in the most creative ways. (The sad truth is most of the times our politics and selected news and media outlets that control information being distributed to our people also are running a similar divertissement.)
